When We Don't Understand Why – Dr. Charles Stanley
In Touch Ministries bringing out the classics! Praise God!
This is an excellent sermon for these tumultuous times. It highlights the sovereignty of God and will be very encouraging to you.
In times of suffering, believers are to endure with patience and steadfastness, keeping their eyes set on the Lord. He is compassionate and merciful to His children, in every circumstance.
2 Timothy 3: 1–9
But understand this, that yin the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
